The hotel rooms were well equipped and clean, but on the smaller side, so it would be ideal to share the space with someone you really get along with. The service was polite and attentive, with staff going above and beyond to help. The location was perfect for exploring London with easy access to key attractions, including lovely neighborhood spots. The dining options were excellent but lacking in in-room tea and coffee facilities. Overall, a great value for a convenient stay.

From Matt, the owner, to Sofia, Laura, Jitka, and Raquel, everyone was extremely welcoming and helpful. They even checked if it was possible to move us, offered a discount, and provided full cancellation without penalty.
